Education for a Better Future

Education is a process that involves transfer knowledge to persons from teaching, training and research. Education is a key to reach success. If you want to be success all you need is education. Without education you would lost. Doctor, pilot, nurse are some of the job that you can get if you serious on your education. In this big world, there is so much challenges that we will face. Some of the challenges are hard but we can face it if we have an education since we were a kid. Education on children is very important. Our home is first education institute where we learn how to behave to others and other skills however school education is very necessary to be successful in practical life. We must be grateful that we can receive education on school. There are so much people that can’t go to school because of their economics. So don’t you ever say you hate school, because in the future you will regret.

Education not only makes us able to learn about school’s subject such as history, science, math, and other subjects however it makes us smart enough to learn how to live life and handle bad situations. Education helps us to be healthy, save many lives, boosts economic growth, earn money, promote peace in the society, remove discrimination and inequality, promote women and children rights, remove corruption, and so many.

First, Education helps you to keeping up with evolution. You cannot keep up with evolution unless you are aware of them. Awareness comes from Education. Imagine a world without technology such as television and cell phone. Life is harder when there was no technology. It certainly made life easier. Imagine a world without Social Media. It same goes with the world without technology. You cannot socialize with people that far from you. With social media you can make friends from the other countries. And all of it comes from education.

Education may not be the key to happiness, but it definitely is the key to a lot of other things which come together to make you happy. Because on education you can do what you love and distribute your passion. For example, in Art subject you can do your passion such as, music, drawing, dancing and in addition you can learn the culture of many countries. Even sometimes we hate one of the subjects, at a point of time we have to love it because we realize that it is important for the future.

An educated person has more chances to get a good high paying job. Many companies will invite you to join their company if you have education. Nowadays, money is important for survival. You’re not gonna lie that you want to be rich. All of the people want it. But if you want to be rich, you have to be success. And to gain success you must have education. The more educated you are, the better career options you have. But of course there are exceptions, like sportsmen and singer who don’t really owe their success to their education.

If you have education, you will gain respect and be more appreciate by people. You can do anything what you want if you have education. Even education will be the most powerful weapon for change the world to be better. You will decrease homeless people and help everyone in need. This world will be a better place with education. There will no criminality because when people do criminal they think first before they do it. If people are educated, they are well aware of their rights, the law and their responsibilities towards the society so all of the people can care and respect each other.

In conclusion, learn something as long as you live. School as high as you can. When we die, we only bring our knowledge. We won’t bring our property, family and the things that we love. Don’t keep your knowledge to yourself, but spread it as much as you can. It must be useful for everyone. But don’t forget educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all.

Lotus Temple

The Lotus Temple, located in New Delhi, India, is a Bahá'í House of Worship completed in 1986. Notable for its flowerlike shape, it serves as the Mother Temple of the Indian subcontinent and has become a prominent attraction in the city. The Lotus Temple has won numerous architectural awards and been featured in hundreds of newspaper and magazine article.

All Bahá'í Houses of Worship, including the Lotus Temple, share certain architectural elements, some of which are specified by Bahá'í scripture. `Abdu'l-Bahá, the son of the founder of the religion, stipulated that an essential architectural character of a House of Worship is a nine-sided circular shape. While all current Bahá'í Houses of Worship have a dome, this is not regarded as an essential part of their architecture.Bahá'í scripture also states that no pictures, statues or images be displayed within the House of Worship and no pulpits or altars be incorporated as an architectural feature (readers may stand behind simple portable lecture stands).

Inspired by the lotus flower, the design for the House of Worship in New Delhi is composed of 27 free-standing marble-clad "petals" arranged in clusters of three to form nine sides. The nine doors of the Lotus Temple open onto a central hall slightly more than 40 meters tall that is capable of holding up to 2,500 people. The surface of the House of Worship is made of white marble from Penteli mountain in Greece, the very same from which many ancient monuments and other Bahá'í Houses of Worship are built. Along with its nine surrounding ponds and the gardens, the Lotus Temple property comprises 26 acres (105,000 m²; 10.5 ha).

The site is in the village of Bahapur, in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The architect was an Iranian, who now lives in Canada, named Fariborz Sahba. He was approached in 1976 to design it and later oversaw its construction. The structural design was undertaken by the UK firm Flint and Neill. The major part of the funds needed to buy this land was donated by Ardishír Rustampúr of Hyderabad, Sindh, who gave his entire life savings for this purpose in 1953. The construction company was ECC Construction Group of Larsen & Toubro Limited. A portion of construction budget was saved and used to build a greenhouse to study indigenous plants and flowers that would be appropriate for use on the site.

The Temple has received wide range of attention in professional architectural, fine art, religious, governmental, and other venues.
